Since 2001, DABIS has operated its own server cluster in Vienna: Hosting of BIS-C PLUS-Networks,
Operation of the Austrian Norm Data Federation (OeNDV) and operation of the web catalogs of those institutions that do not operate their own publicly accessible Web-OPAC for security reasons.
Outsourcing saves costs, relieves the IT department, and guarantees the highest data security.
